A Planning and Listed Building Consent has been granted this month to a Grade II Listed house set within the South Downs. The application includes changes to a previous extension and internal alterations to accommodate a new kitchen that opens out to a garden terrace and a new utility room. This will provide a more family friendly layout and improve the circulation of the house.
