We are very pleased to announce our win of highly commended award at the Sussex Heritage Trust Awards 2022.
The Green in Neswick is a Grade II listed 18th century dwelling, that has been restored and remodeled. This included the demolition of a 20th century outhouse addition and an extension to a 20th century wing to provide a new family dining/kitchen space with a principle bedroom above. The aim for the project was to unify the historical elements whilst interweaving the new architectural and interior design.

The judges said it is " A stunning and sympathetic remodel to bring this beautiful house up to date for a young family to enjoy. The symbiosis of client, architect, interior designer and main contractor is clearly evident to allow this period property to prosper and be loved for many more years. A beautifully extended cottage fitting in seamlessly with the original building. Excellent craftsmanship and a high level of detail which has resulted in a very pleasant family home."
