Outline Design
RIBA Work Stage 2-3
The design process is a collaborative one, and your architect will discuss each aspect of the proposal in detail with you as the design develops.
We provide drawings, material samples and 3D rendered views that illustrate the qualities of the proposed spaces.

Detail Design
RIBA Work Stage 4
At this stage we will progress the design from planning drawings to a fully developed proposal, with detailed drawings and schedules describing the works. These form part of a package that will enable prices to be provided for construction.

Construction
RIBA Work Stage 5-6
During construction works, your architect will visit the site to see that work is proceeding in accordance with the proposed designs, and following completion will make final inspections and advise on any rectification works required.

INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES
Having been based in Milan for 2 years, Beatrice moved back the UK to launch the Interior Design Department of Victoria Holland Architecture in the Summer of 2018. Both Beatrice and Victoria value the importance of the Architectural and Interior elements of any project working along side each other and more importantly, in harmony. With a growing demand for 'turn-key' style design packages, the collaboration has been a successful one and will continue as a permanent service at Victoria Holland Architecture.
We are excited to announce that in the Summer of 2019, we look forward to opening an extension of the interior design department in Milan, Italy.With a number of exciting projects involving both the interiors and architectural departments in progress, the first handful will be completed in the Spring. In the meantime, Beatrice continues to document updates on her blog

With an extensive black book of contacts and resources based in cities in Europe and the US, we are able to offer an exclusive sourcing service. Whether it be antique or modern, art and decorative, or just one of those 'hard-to-find' pieces, this service allows our clients access to exciting opportunities to have unusual or unique pieces in their space.
Staging
We work frequently with individuals, developers and estate agents with the staging and dressing of properties and spaces. The process requires an appreciation of marketing and the study of the local area and target market. Whether it be for show homes, independent sales, Airbnb or holidays lettings, it's and exciting market that we are enjoying being a part of.
